I’m sure you’ve heard of Google Reviews before, right? Maybe you even have a few now?

A whopping 75% of respondents say researching online reviews is “somewhat” or “very” important before they visit a business. Overall, 50% of respondents say that negative reviews are the number-one factor that would keep them from visiting a particular business. When customers are looking for a business they look at two things. 

  1. The number of reviews
  2. The number of stars

In their selection process, prospective customers read reviews to find out about your business. It is important that you not only have reviews, but these reviews must be current.

Well I came up with this idea…it’s pretty simple actually…see 68% of customers who were asked to leave a review actually left one and 85% of people trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. Problem is, most businesses don’t ask and most people don’t know how to actually leave the review. I came up with a document that you simply hand your customer as they leave and that’s pretty much it. They’ll leave a review for you.
